One in five children in California lives in poverty. End Child Poverty in California (ECPCA) is a campaign which supports public policy, collaborates with lawmakers, and organizes community efforts to reduce child poverty in California.
In 2017, ECPCA sponsored AB 1520 (aka the Lifting Children and Families Out of Poverty Act).
